Chris-Craft logo decals are put in place between the mid-ship's vents on both sides. The decals applied to Maranee are of a fairly new technology and are made by 3M. Called Scotch-cals, they are similar to vinyl lettering and are applied using their own adhesive separated by a backing sheet. Here one of Maranee's decals is being rubbed down to be sure of a permanent seal.
